Roll Call – Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Roll Call is a dance-team attendance app made by GKWazy software. It is built so that your team's data belongs to you and stays with you.

What the app stores

Roll Call stores the information you enter: dancer names, practice dates, attendance status, penalty points, notes, and scoring settings. Nothing is collected automatically.

Where it is stored

What the developer receives

Nothing. Roll Call has no developer servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. The developer cannot see, access, or recover your data.

Sharing

The app does not share data with anyone. The CSV export is created only when you tap Export, and it goes only where you choose to send it.

Children

Roll Call is a tool for coaches and instructors. It does not knowingly collect information from children and has no features aimed at them.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove local data. To remove iCloud data, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, and delete Roll Call's data.
